Customers will forfeit a $50.00 cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the first day of the reservation.
No boat shall be stored/parked on any overnight dock for rental purposes. The overnight reservation will be immediately canceled without a refund.
By making this reservation, customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The State of Ohio or Alum Creek Marina LLC for any and all lose or damage to the personal property docked at Alum Creek Marina.
